Do I need the original remote for my devices that will be controlled by the universal remote?
We recommend that you do have the original remotes as well as any instruction manuals you may have. Without this, we may not be able to fully program the new remote.
What if the brand of my universal remote is not listed as an option?
We support many popular brands of universal remotes such as Logitech Harmony. Please provide the specific the make and model during booking. If we can’t support your device, we’ll let you know.
